QUEEN LEVANA
Her beauty is unspeakable. Her cruelty is legendary. Queen Levana rules Luna, the moon kingdom, through fear and mind control, and swiftly removes anyone who poses an opposition to her rule. Years ago she murdered her toddler niece, Princess Selene, in a horrific fire, and forced her stepdaughter, Princess Winter, to scar her own face when rumors began to spread that Winter was becoming the most beautiful girl in the kingdom.

I really like Maleficent, from Sleeping Beauty. Something about her is just so... pure evil.
If we're going old school fairy tale, probably the Sea Witch from The Little Mermaid. Cutting out the mermaid's tongue and making it like she's walking on glass with every step? Just plain mean.

My favorite wicked queen is Disney's Snow White queen. She was wonderful evil.
My favorite bad queen is of course the step-mother from Cinderella. I always hated her when I was a little girl because she was so mean to Cinderella. She was even mean to her own daughters.

The Queen of Sorrow from Snow White. I especially love her in the Grimm Diaries Prequels, where she is trying to convince us that Snow is bad and not her.

My favorite evil queen is from this 80s BBC version of Sleeping Beauty. She's called the Faerie of Red so she isn't really a queen, but it's the same role as Maleficent so it works.
