Radical

Radical

Author:David Platt

Publisher: Multnomah

Pages: 229

Read Time: This is one of those books I chose to spread out

Rating (1-5):5

Tag Words: Christian world view, Radical living, sacrifice, The American Dream

My Summary:

From page one Platt will remind you of how fortunate you are to live in the luxury of American suburbia. From page one I hope you will feel the tug at your heart and soul to turn the plan of the American Dream inside out to see the truth of living so selfishly. I pray that when that still, small, voice whispers to you of His Perfect plan that you will have the ears to hear.

My Review:

This is an amazing book. It reminds me that I am not alone, though it feels like it. It also reminds me of how blind I am. I am praying that God will continue to help me move towards the horizon of this Radical existence. I pray He continues to change me and give me new desires.

I have nothing to critique and want to include a video series I love. I am blessed to know these people, both of the speakers and the artist behind the work.

I suffer from depraved indifference... and so do you.
