Why: Because I was one of the few people who truly loved Matched for it's gentleness.

Why: A creepy-cool dystopian? Sign me up!
The Pledge by Kimberly Derting from Margaret K. McElderry
Why: A high fantasy setting, romance, and characters separated by language! As a communications-brained chickie, the idea is intriguing.
Snow in Summer by Jane Yolen from Philomel
Why: Yolen takes classic fairytale princesses and turns them into struggling wartime victims. Have you ever read Briar Rose? It's incredible!
The Future of Us by Jay Asher & Carolyn Mackler from Razorbill
Why: This is an easy answer. Jay Asher and Carolyn Mackler had a baby, and it sounds like all kinds of awesome!
Kiss of Frost by Jennifer Estep from Kensington
Why: It's the second book in the Mythos Academy series!
Destined by Jessie Harrell from Mae Day Publishing
Why: Finally a Greek Myth that hasn't been reinterpreted to the ump-teenth degree!

Great list, Gabrielle! I'm definitely with you on The Pledge and Destined! I actually have both, just need to find time to read them! :D OH and the Future of Us? Yeah, after Thirteen Reasons Why, I will pretty much read anything Jay Asher wants to throw at us!
